vippkr Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Casino Platform

Welcome to vippkr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete and binding agreement between you ("the Player") and vippkr ("the Platform", "we", "us") for all services available at vippkr.click. By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any wager on vippkr, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

vippkr is an online gaming platform designed specifically for Pakistani players. The platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, poker, fishing games and other gaming products, all settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Our goal is to provide a safe, fair and transparent environment for entertainment.

These Terms should be read alongside the vippkr Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of your agreement with us.

To open and maintain an account on vippkr, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. It is your responsibility to ensure you remain eligible to use the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. vippkr strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any funds remaining will be returned subject to verification.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of vippkr is lawful in your location.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list, whether through vippkr's own responsible gaming tools or any external registry.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director or close relative of an employee or director of vippkr or any of its affiliated companies, game providers or payment partners.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on vippkr. The creation of duplicate accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated balances.

• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number and correct date of birth. Providing false details is a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vippkr username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. vippkr will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• You must notify vippkr immediately at support@vippkr.click if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or that your password has been compromised.
• If duplicate accounts are detected, vippkr reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets and forfeit bonus balances. Real money deposits may be returned at vippkr's discretion.
• Account transfers between players are not permitted. Your vippkr account is personal to you and cannot be sold, assigned or transferred.
• vippkr may require identity verification (KYC) at any point. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.

vippkr accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit set at the platform level, though individual payment methods may have their own per-transaction limits.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and any such deposits may be reversed.
• vippkr does not charge any fees for deposits. Any charges applied by your payment provider are outside vippkr's control and are your responsibility.
• Deposit funds are credited to your vippkr balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases of payment network delays, credits may take a short time to appear. Contact support if a deposit has not credited after 30 minutes.
• vippkr reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks on deposits. Deposits that cannot be verified as coming from legitimate sources may be held pending investigation.

Withdrawals of PKR winnings from vippkr are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering requirements.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Before any withdrawal is approved, all active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account must be fully met. Attempting to withdraw before bonus terms are satisfied may result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Standard account withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within the same business day of the request being submitted. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take 1–2 business days depending on the receiving bank's schedule.
• VIP Silver tier members and above on vippkr benefit from priority withdrawal processing with significantly faster turnaround times on verified amounts.
• vippkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above a threshold set at our discretion.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to any third-party account, digital wallet or card not registered in the player's verified name.
• vippkr does not charge withdrawal fees. Any charges applied by your receiving financial institution are outside our control.

vippkr offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. Claiming any bonus on vippkr constitutes acceptance of both the general and specific terms.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per household, device or IP address. Any attempt to claim welcome bonuses multiple times via duplicate accounts will result in account closure.
• All bonus amounts are credited in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in each offer's specific terms.
• Different game types may contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute at 100% while table games, live dealer games and poker may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of crediting. Any bonus balance and associated winnings that have not been unlocked through wagering by the expiry date will be removed from the account without notice.
• vippkr reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel credited bonuses or amend wagering requirements at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where abuse or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time on a vippkr account unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms. Players must opt out of a current bonus before claiming a new one if the new offer allows this.
• Bonus funds cannot be used to meet minimum deposit requirements for a subsequent bonus.

vippkr is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and a permanent ban from the platform.

• Using any software, script, bot, automated tool, exploit or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players. This includes but is not limited to card counting software in live games, auto-spin bots and odds manipulation tools.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games or any multiplayer format on vippkr to gain a shared unfair advantage or to orchestrate chip-dumping arrangements.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, pricing mistakes or software bugs in a way that is clearly outside the intended gameplay. Where such an error is discovered, vippkr reserves the right to void affected bets and adjust account balances accordingly.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds from illegal activities. vippkr cooperates with relevant authorities and reports suspicious activity in line with applicable regulations.
• Registering multiple accounts or creating a new account after a previous account has been closed for breach of these Terms.
• Claiming promotions fraudulently, including bonus abuse, matched betting using coordinated accounts or exploiting refer-a-friend programmes through fictitious referrals.
• Making chargebacks or reversing deposit transactions after using the corresponding funds for gaming on vippkr. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

vippkr takes its duty of care to players seriously. Gaming is intended to be an entertaining activity and vippkr provides a range of tools to help players keep it that way. These tools are available to every registered player from within the account dashboard.

• Deposit limits allow you to set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your vippkr account. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions apply immediately.
• Session time reminders notify you after a set duration of continuous play, encouraging you to take a break.
• Cool-off periods let you temporarily pause your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 90 days. During a cool-off, you cannot log in or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion allows you to permanently close your vippkr account. This option is irreversible for a minimum period of 12 months. During self-exclusion, you will be removed from all marketing communications.

All content on the vippkr platform – including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, promotional materials, audio and video elements – is the intellectual property of vippkr or its licensed content partners. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any vippkr content without prior written permission from us.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the vippkr platform for your own entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to use our intellectual property commercially.
• The vippkr name, logo and all associated brand marks are trademarks. Unauthorised use of any vippkr trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vippkr's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the net value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• vippkr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data or any other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• vippkr does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or events beyond our control (including but not limited to payment network outages, telecommunications failures or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability.
• Where a game or bet is affected by a technical error that results in an incorrect outcome, vippkr reserves the right to void the affected game rounds or bets and return the corresponding stakes to players. Winnings generated from a technical error will not be paid.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection when playing on vippkr. Disconnections during live games or bet placement are the player's risk and vippkr accepts no liability for bets that were not confirmed before a disconnection occurred.

vippkr collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By creating a vippkr account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and ongoing use of the platform is used primarily to operate your account, process transactions, verify identity and communicate with you regarding your account and promotions.
• vippkr does not sell player data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and relevant authorities where required by law or in connection with anti-money laundering obligations.

• It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continuing to use vippkr after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

• Historical versions of these Terms are not publicly archived but may be provided upon written request to support@vippkr.click.
